ROBERT C. MIDDENDORF, M.D.

Robert C. Middendorf, M.D. attended Notre Dame University in Indiana, and completed his medical training at St. Louis University School of Medicine. After completing his internship at St. Louis University, Dr. Middendorf completed an ophthalmology residency program at University of Texas, Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas. He then completed a fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastic Surgery at Manhatten Eye, Ear, Nose and Throat Hospital.

Dr. Middendorf serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor with the Department of Ophthalmology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. He is Board Certified and is licensed in Texas and Missouri. He has staff privileges at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas, RHD Medical Center, and Parkland Memorial Hospital. He is a member of the American Board of Ophthalmology, Dallas Academy of Ophthalmology, Texas Ophthalmological Association, Dallas County Medical Society, and the Texas Medical Association.

Dr. Middendorf specializes in comprehensive eye exams for the entire family. He treats all diseases of the eye including glaucoma and diabetes. Dr. Middendorf fits soft and hard contact lenses including toric lenses for correction of astigmatism.
